About us
Carpathian BBQ House is a Ukrainian restaurant in Etobicoke, inspired by the food and traditions of the Carpathians — the mountain region of Western Ukraine. We cook the way it has been done there for generations: over live fire and real coals.
The heart of our kitchen is the grill. Shashlik, traditional sausages, and other meats are seasoned and cooked over the fire, while Carpathian favourites like bograch are prepared with the rich, hearty flavours of home.
Our meats, soups, spreads, pickles, and more are made in-house, using the recipes and traditions we grew up with.
